Superwoman Bowl
Quinoa (cooked)
Lacinato Kale
Avocado
Butternut Squash (cubed)
Caramelized Onions
Roasted Cord
Hemp Seeds
Cashew Cream Sauce
1 cup Cashews (Soaked)
¼ cup Filtered Water
1 Lemon squeezed
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pinch Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS

Massage kale with lemon juice and salt

Layer all bowl ingredients from
bottom up (starting with quinoa)
Set aside, and make sauce
Cashew Cream Sauce

Mix cashews, filtered water, lemon juice,
and apple cider vinegar in blender

Drizzle cashew cream sauce on top of bowl

Top Superwoman bowl with sauce and top with hemp seeds
